➡ Go to Champs Elysées ( itineraries)
Montmartre is the highest hill in Paris.
From the top of its stairs (222 steps) you will have an exceptional view of all of Paris.
But also it is a true village, with narrow and winding streets, from which a particular atmosphere emerges, and where the inhabitants of Montmartre consider themselves different.
We show you 2 itineraries:
–One starting from the metro Anvers, taking you successively to the Sacré-Cœur basilica then to Place du Tertre,
–The other from the Pigalle metro station; at the Place des Abbesses, then at the Place du Tertre.
If you have more time, there are many other places to visit:
– the Maison Rose, the Lapin Agile and the vineyards of Montmartre (rue des Saules)
– the Abbesses district, rue Lepic, the small streets all around, and its numerous staircases.
And to hang out, have a drink, or dine: 2 possibilities, Place du Tertre and around Place des Abbesses.
Good visit !
